Eveline Camocardi, MD

Dr. Eveline Camocardi is a Research Project Coordinator at the Rutgers Institute for Health. She earned her medical degree in Brazil and has a background in occupational medicine, including experience supporting the evaluation and workplace accommodation of individuals with disabilities. Dr. Camocardi is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Psychiatry, and her current research work focuses on aging and Alzheimer’s disease in individuals with Down syndrome. She is inspired by the opportunity to work alongside the Down syndrome community and contribute to research that may help advance understanding, care, and quality of life throughout the aging process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and sharing meaningful moments with family and friends.
